Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a Greystar community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

Responsibilities include inspecting apartments, tracking leasing activity in OneSite/Yardi, following up with prospects, and implementing marketing plans to sustain occupancy. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Experience in leasing or sales is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, credit checks, and prepare lease/move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leaseSign renewals and ensure satisfaction.
