The role requires marketing savvy, strong customer service, and the ability to manage lease renewals and client communications within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and conducting tours.
• Ability to screen applications and process leases.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and marketing strategies.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Follow marketing plans to boost occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
