Job summary

Greystar seeks a leasing specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure smooth move-ins while promoting resident satisfaction and renewals.

You will analyze market conditions, implement short- and long-term marketing plans, and work with maintenance to keep units showroom-ready and compliant with standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing in multifamily housing.
• Ability to conduct property tours and process applications.
• Familiarity with on-site marketing and resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments and coordinates with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drives traffic to the community.
• Uses on-site software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
