Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit checks, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with prospects and residents.
• Experience with multifamily leasing or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, qualify leads, conduct tours, process applications, credit screening, and prepare move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments to ensure move-in readiness and coordinate maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follow concessions policies.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using online tools and referrals.
• Use on-site software to track availability and leasing activities; manage data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and packages and contact renewing residents.
