Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and to drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages, ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing.

Responsibilities include marketing activities, showing units, screening applicants, and supporting renewal processes, with a focus on resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure readiness; coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases and renewals; support lease renewal processes.
• Utilize on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
