Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing/Marketing professional to coordinate community leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help ensure move-in readiness and resident satisfaction.

Strong organization and software skills are essential for success. The role requires compliance with state certifications and a valid driver’s license, with on-site responsibilities including maintenance coordination and program execution to boost

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures move-in ready condition; coordinates any maintenance items.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic to the community using internet marketing tools and referral programs.
• Tracks apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site software; records data for residents and prospects.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing corridors, coordinating maintenance, and preparing leasing offices.
