Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in with credit and background checks.

Maintain market awareness and implement plans to sustain occupancy and revenue. On-site responsibilities include showing apartments, following policies for concessions, and driving renewal activity with proactive outreach and resident satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet and qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Experience with lease applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Ability to design and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, e-mail) and show-ready units.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Drive traffic through online marketing and outreach programs; manage resident data.
