Job summary

Vivmark Residential, based in Austin, TX, is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead our leasing team and redefine luxury apartment living. This role focuses on setting new standards for quality, driving revenue, and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will supervise leasing consultants, coach on conversions, handle inquiries, coordinate programs to maximize revenue, and support residents through move-ins and renewals, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant settings.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience required.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach leasing consultants to achieve community sales goals.
• Lease apartments, educate residents on community information, and convert leads.
• Address customer service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Develop and monitor programs to maximize revenue and improve the resident experience.
• Support residents during move-in, renewals, move-outs, and transfers.
• Monitor market conditions and plan resident events to foster community.
• Ensure compliance with all Vivmark policies and fair housing laws.
