Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead our leasing team, drive a top-notch sales and service culture, and ensure residents enjoy luxury living. This role supports the Community Manager, coaches leasing consultants, handles leads, leases apartments, resolves service concerns, and helps maximize revenue while controlling expenses.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required. Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and coach leasing consultants to achieve them
• Lease apartment homes; manage and convert leads, educating residents on community info
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly with high satisfaction
• Help develop and monitor programs to maximize revenue and control expenses
• Support residents during move-in, renewal, move-out and transfers
• Call or visit competitor properties to update market surveys and stay aware of market changes
• Plan and host resident activities to foster community connections
• Follow policies to ensure compliance with fair housing laws
