Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor to lead a leasing team and set new standards for quality in luxury apartment living. You will support the Community Manager, coach leasing consultants, and drive a strong sales strategy while ensuring outstanding resident experiences.

The role requires 1–3 years of multifamily or related experience, at least one year of supervisory exposure, and a solid foundation in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in a hotel, retail or restaurant environment
• 1 or more years of supervisory or training experience required
• High school diploma or equivalency (GED) is required. Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and executing an effective sales and marketing strategy with the Community Manager
• Coach and train leasing consultants to achieve community goals and high customer satisfaction
• Lease apartment homes, manage leads, and educate residents and prospects on community information
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure loyalty and satisfaction
• Support revenue initiatives, control expenses, and improve resident experience within the community
• Assist during move-in, renewals, move-outs, and resident transfers
• Monitor market conditions and update competitive surveys; plan resident events to foster community
