Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Sales and Service Supervisor to lead the leasing office, drive a top-tier customer experience, and support the Community Manager in executing a winning sales and marketing strategy.

You will guide leasing consultants, coach team members, and help manage resident relations to deliver premium apartment living. The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and delivering luxury experiences across communities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily or related experience (hotel/retail/restaurant)
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience required
• Proficiency in using administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and coach leasing consultants
• Lease apartment homes and convert leads with residents and prospects
• Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to maintain high loyalty
• Support revenue programs, control expenses, and improve resident experience
• Assist move-in, renewals, move-outs, and resident transfers processes
• Monitor market conditions via competitive properties and surveys
• Plan and execute resident events to foster community connections
• Follow Vivmark policies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
