Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead our leasing team and elevate the resident experience in Austin, TX.

You will assist the Community Manager with sales and marketing strategies, coach leasing consultants, lease apartments, address customer concerns promptly, and help maximize revenue while controlling expenses. You’ll also support move-ins, renewals, and resident events to foster community spirit.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of multifamily or related hospitality experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with sales goals and coaching.
• Lease apartment homes and convert leads while informing residents and prospects about community information.
• Address customer service concerns promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop, implement and monitor programs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
• Support residents through move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers.
• Monitor market surveys and adapt to changing conditions.
