Village Green is seeking a Leasing Agent for Lofts of Merchant Row in Detroit. You will assist prospective residents, conduct property tours, and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet sales targets while coordinating with our team to ensure resident satisfaction. Some weekends/evenings may be required.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

• Proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of PM software.
