Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Leasing Sales Consultant to facilitate the rental of apartment units and maximize occupancy, coordinating move-ins, move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings. You will work independently within established procedures, report to the Property Manager, and represent Village Green at outside networking events while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Two years of sales/customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the rental of apartment units to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings.
• Represents Village Green at outside networking and social functions.
• Conducts weekly sales meetings with the on-site team to review goals and strategies.
• Adheres to established policies related to fair housing.
