You will build relationships, exceed sales targets, and collaborate with the property management team while maintaining accurate records and staying informed about local market trends and community events.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people find their ideal home.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.

• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
