Princeton Management is seeking a motivated leasing agent for a beautiful residential community in Detroit. You will engage with prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, organizational skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Prior leasing or real estate experience is a plus; a valid driver's license is required.

Mansioni

• Engage with prospective tenants and current residents via phone, email, and in person to deliver exceptional service.

• Assist applicants through the leasing process and explain lease terms and documents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, applications, and unit availability; report concerns to the property manager.
