Job summary

Village Green is seeking a Leasing Sales Consultant to drive apartment rentals and maximize occupancy. You will coordinate move-ins/outs, negotiate leases, conduct showings and maintain accurate tenant paperwork at our Indiana property.

In this fast-paced, sales-driven role you will provide exceptional customer service, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and represent Village Green at local networking events while coaching on-site teams toward goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales or customer service experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the rental of apartment units to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinates move-ins, move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals.
• Conducts apartment showings.
• Represents Village Green at various outside networking & social functions.
• Conducts weekly sales meetings with the on-site team to review goals and strategies.
• Acts as an active coach and mentor for all team associates.
• Adheres to established policies related to fair housing.
