Avenue5 Residential in Denver, CO is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will manage marketing, interact with prospective and current residents, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure accurate lease documentation and timely processing of renewals. Strong customer service and organization are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience required.
• Experience with a revenue management system required.
• Experience with Yardi or a similar property management system required.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and maintain accurate lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate marketing efforts and review ads to attract residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve resident inquiries promptly.
• Assist with planning resident activities to enhance retention.
