Avenue5 Residential seeks a Leasing Manager to supervise apartment rentals, move-ins, and renewals, while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will market to prospective residents and coordinate move-ins, ensuring accurate lease processing.

The role requires a year of leasing/management experience, Proficiency with Yardi and revenue management systems, and strong customer service skills. Training and leadership are key components of this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market to prospective residents and interact with current residents to achieve high occupancy and retention.
• Train, coach leasing consultants, and facilitate regular meetings.
• Prepare lease documentation and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
• Coordinate, qualify, and update advertisements; review marketing plans and ads.
• Maintain accurate traffic activity and resident records in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients.
