Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects.

You will manage leasing documentation, inspect model apartments, and assist with resident relations and planning of community activities. This role emphasizes attention to detail and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork and processes.
