Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Dallas to oversee rental activities, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will market vacancies and interact with prospective residents to maximize occupancy and ensure client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of leasing experience, proficiency with Yardi or similar PM systems, and strong communication skills. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and a focus on delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with strong customer service mindset.
• Experience with property management systems, especially Yardi.
• Ability to market vacancies and maintain occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and lease renewals.
• Market properties and interact with prospective and current residents.
• Work to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams.
