Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Denver to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and lease renewals. You will market the properties, interact with prospective and current residents, and aim for maximum occupancy while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, experience with property management software like Yardi, and the ability to train leasing staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Marketing and interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
