Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and renewals, driving maximum occupancy and superb resident service. You will market vacancies, screen applicants, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure flawless turnover.

Ideal candidates bring leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi or similar PM systems, and strong customer service together with solid MS Office skills and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing and/or management experience is required.
• Prior experience with a revenue management system is required.
• Prior experience in Yardi or another equivalent property management system is required.
• Prior experience with customer reputation management tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Market and interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients.
• Conduct training and coach leasing consultants for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, applications and lease documentation.
• Coordinate move-in/out schedules with maintenance and inspect apartments.
• Manage renewal paperwork and ensure timely delivery to residents.
