Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of residential leasing/management experience.
• Experience with revenue management systems.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software.
• Experience with customer reputation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Marketing to prospective residents and maintaining occupancy targets.
• Train and coach leasing consultants for performance.
• Prepare lease documents, process applications, and collect payments.
• Coordinate move-in/out with maintenance and inspect units.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resident relations.
• Assist with marketing and advertisements and report traffic data.
