RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute leasing and renewal strategies, conduct property tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and ensure resident satisfaction from move-in to renewal.

You will support on-site marketing efforts, analyze market trends, and collaborate with teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining high standards of service and property care.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to present properties effectively to prospects.
• Professional presentation and delivery in tours and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, screenings, and lease documents.
• Manage renewals and move-in procedures to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing activities to drive occupancy.
• Maintain property appearance and safety standards.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
