RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, tours and renewals at our property. You will qualify prospects face-to-face, process applications, and coordinate move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a background in Property Management or Sales and possess strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in property-management software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Experience preferred in property management, sales, marketing or customer service.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills for guest contact and tours.

Responsabilités

• Execute leasing, marketing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, greet prospects, process applications and perform credit and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design local marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals; manage reports and data.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and support renewal programs.
