Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity, tours, and resident satisfaction at our multifamily communities. You will process applications, oversee move-ins, and support renewal programs while delivering exceptional service to prospects and residents.

You’ll work on-site, regular hours, and collaborate with a team focused on growth, occupancy, and community quality. Prior sales or leasing experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, screen applications, and process leases.
• Coordinate move-in packages and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Design off-site marketing to drive traffic using referrals, internet marketing, and local outreach.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain property standards, safety, and curb appeal; handle inquiries promptly.
• Support lease renewals and respond to resident and owner questions.
