Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Pensacola community. You will spearhead leasing efforts, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience.

The role emphasizes local market knowledge, resident satisfaction, and collaboration with maintenance and marketing. The schedule includes on-site hours with some weekends; in-person engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, show apartments, process applications.
• Perform credit screening and background checks; prepare lease and move-in package.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic; implement referrals and outreach programs.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends; implement short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Ensure lease renewals are signed on time and maintained to achieve occupancy goals.
• Keep property show units and areas clean and safe, inspect for show quality, and address issues promptly.
