Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through in-person leasing, property tours, and applicant screening. You will prepare leases, coordinate move-ins, and support renewal activities while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires strong communication and marketing skills, plus proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite. Weekend availability is often required at the site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills for client-facing interactions.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/OneSite) for reporting and operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, greet prospects, qualify leads and process applications to meet occupancy goals.
• Handle credit screening, background checks, lease prep and move-in coordination.
• Design and execute offsite marketing and outreach to drive traffic and referrals.
• Assist with lease renewals, tenant questions, and enforcement of lease terms.
