Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through in-person prospecting, tours, and application processing. You will prepare leases, coordinate move-ins, and support renewals while delivering excellent resident service in a vibrant property setting.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, comfort with on-site marketing, and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects in person to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct property tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure smooth move-in.
• Design and implement offsite marketing to drive traffic.
• Address resident concerns and manage lease renewals.
