Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive the property's leasing and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience while supporting resident satisfaction and retention.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, with daily effort to meet occupancy and revenue goals across the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service preferred for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospects, qualifying leads in person.
• Process applications, run credit checks and background checks, prepare lease and move-in packages.
• Manage renewals and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
