RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity, greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, and process applications. You will support occupancy goals, renewal programs, and resident satisfaction while representing the property professionally.

The role requires strong communication, sales skills, and the ability to work weekends. Expertise with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite is preferred, and a High School diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to present property features clearly to prospects.
• Proven ability to close lease agreements and manage renewals.

Responsibilities
