RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activities, conduct tours, and process applications. You will lead marketing efforts, coordinate renewals, and maintain excellent resident relations.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and sales skills, with knowledge of Entrata/Yardi/OneSite and a willingness to work weekends as needed in a multi-family setting. Benefits included.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or equivalent not required; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels and deliver strong presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to hit revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greets prospects, conducts property tours, processes applications, and completes lease documentation.
• Executes offsite marketing activities and online campaigns to drive traffic to the property.
• Keeps informed on market trends and competitor conditions to adjust plans.
• Responds to resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
