Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will guide prospects, manage applications, and coordinate with the lifestyle team to enhance resident engagement. The role requires strong communication, sales ability, and data analysis across property operations.

Responsibilities include tours, lead tracking, marketing execution, and collaboration with onsite teams to ensure a top-tier leasing experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales/marketing internet and customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, communicate effectively, sell apartment features and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Maintain lead and resident data in on-site management software and CRM.
• Develop marketing plans and follow company policies to boost occupancy.
• Assist with lease renewals and ensure timely execution of renewal documents.
