Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies across the community to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit checks, and prepare lease packages for move-in.

The role requires managing show units, following marketing plans, and supporting renewal activities. You will interact with residents, coordinate with maintenance, and help drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience and ability to close deals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Marketing knowledge to sustain occupancy.
• Knowledge of leasing standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit/background checks, prepare move-in documents.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move-in readiness; coordinate with maintenance for items.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to maintain occupancy and follow program policies.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic using online platforms and referrals.
• Use on-site PMS to track availability, traffic, and resident data; maintain show units.
