Responsibilities

• Handle sales and leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; coordinate applications and screenings.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create marketing traffic via online listings, referrals, and outreach programs.
• Utilize property software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards; coordinate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Assist renewal processes with timely lease renewal letters and documentation.
