Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multifamily community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, coordinate background checks, and prepare lease documents to ensure a smooth move-in and long-term resident satisfaction.

You will analyze market conditions, implement occupancy strategies, and support lease renewals while ensuring high show-unit quality and strong customer service across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure smooth move-in.
• Follow marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive leasing activity.
• Use on-site software to track availability and tenant data.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Create and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
