Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.

You will inspect show units, stay informed about market conditions, develop marketing plans, and drive traffic through online and local channels.

Responsibilities

• Performs leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting showings, processing applications, screening credit and background checks, preparing leases and move-in packages, ensuring smooth move-ins and lease signings.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in, ensuring readiness and coordinating with maintenance for any items.
• Stays informed about market conditions, develops marketing plans, and follows policies to boost occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and online channels, and tracks data.
• Uses onsite property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data, and to manage data for existing and future residents.
• Ensures show units meet standards, coordinates maintenance and upkeep, and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and to finalize lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal programs by preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
