Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing-focused professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multi-site portfolio. The role drives occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction by guiding prospects through tours, applications, leases, and renewals.

You will manage show units, collaborate with maintenance, and implement marketing plans to meet occupancy goals. The position requires strong customer service, leasing experience, and familiarity with on-site property

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to follow leasing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and credit checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-ins.
• Design and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain show units and marketing space to Greystar standards.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals.
