Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will also engage in renewal activities and provide excellent resident satisfaction throughout the lease term. Responsibilities include inspecting units, tracking leasing activities in on-site software, and maintaining show quality.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and show apartments; process applications.
• Screen applicants (credit, background) and prepare lease and move-in package.
• Maintain show unit and marketing corridor to meet company standards.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewal process with letters and renewal packages.
• Address resident questions promptly and document requests with appropriate teams.
