Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing-oriented professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and guide residents from move-in through lease renewal.

You will analyze market conditions, implement marketing plans, and ensure a high standard of show unit presentation, collaborating with maintenance and onsite teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with leasing and marketing for residential communities.
• Strong customer service and prospect qualification skills.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit checks, and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for readiness.
• Keeps informed about market conditions and competitor activity to adjust occupancy strategies.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including online advertising and referrals.
• Uses on-site software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and coordinates maintenance needs.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to secure lease signings and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process, preparing renewal letters and packages and contacting renewing residents.
