Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Sales Consultant to execute the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will guide prospective residents through tours and the lease process with professionalism and a deep understanding of the community’s lifestyle offering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service background to resolve customer issues and complete financial records.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain apartment features and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Record prospect information at move-in and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Track apartment availability and leasing activities using on-site management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to finalize lease decisions and renewals.
• Assist with lease renewals and AA renewal playbook.
