Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities around rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, ensuring model apartments are tour-ready, and maintaining accurate records. Strong customer service and organizational skills are required, with proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, and prepare lease docs.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and orient residents to the property.
• Maintain accurate traffic and activity records in the computer system.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail, or email and convert traffic to tours.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
• Support management with clerical tasks and property invoices.
