Avenue5 Residential in Marysville, WA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will qualify prospective residents, schedule tours, maintain accurate records, and support management with clerical tasks.

A high school diploma and at least one year of sales or leasing experience are preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualifying prospective residents and scheduling property tours.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of traffic activity and lease documentation.
• Processing renewal paperwork and ensuring timely delivery of documents.
• Providing clerical support and assisting with resident activities to increase retention.
