Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals on site in Washington. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention, while maintaining accurate records and processing leases.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ year of residential leasing or sales experience; strong customer service, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and prepare lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and complete weekly leasing reports.
