Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while ensuring accurate lease paperwork and timely move-in processes.

Role requires strong customer service, ability to manage multiple tasks, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office. A supportive team environment and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; process renewal paperwork monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity; follow up with prospects by phone, mail or email.
• Assist with planning resident activities and provide clerical support as needed.
