Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, drive renewals, and deliver excellent service.

The role requires handling traffic, scheduling tours, and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and MS Office is valued, along with strong communication, organization, and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure documentation is delivered monthly.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and enter data in the system.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
