Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction at our Richmond-area communities.

The ideal candidate has at least a year of sales or residential leasing experience, excellent customer service, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all apartment rental activities including move-ins and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Qualify prospects, prepare leases, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and orient new residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail, or email.
• Produce weekly leasing reports and ensure daily procedures.
