Job summary

Greystar is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will perform all activities related to leasing to new residents, provide resident satisfaction during the lease, and secure lease renewals.

Responsibilities include tours, credit checks, move-in packages, and maintaining show-ready units while coordinating with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and marketing residential communities.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Familiar with property management software and processes.

• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
