Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases to ensure smooth move-ins and high occupancy.

Responsibilities include inspecting units, implementing short- and long-term marketing plans, following company policies on concessions, and coordinating with maintenance and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property marketing is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and guide tours effectively.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents and renewals to meet occupancy goals.
• Schedule tours, process applications, run credit checks, prepare leases.
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and execute local marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track availability and leasing activity using on-site software.
• Support renewal letters and upcoming move-out communications.
• Respond promptly to resident questions and coordinate with owners/landlords.
